Standard National Delivery
All orders for UK delivery are subject to the Standard National Delivery charge.
Orders for Same Day Delivery must be received before 12 noon.
Delivery available Monday to Saturday.

Sunday Delivery
Depending on your requirements, Sunday deliveries can sometimes be arranged - please contact us regarding availability at least 48 hours prior to your desired delivery date. Sunday is a premium delivery period and as such an extra charge will be made.

Bank Holiday Delivery
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays.

Please note products shown are for UK delivery only. Products and prices (and delivery charges to certain countries) may vary when ordering for delivery overseas. If there is any change to any of our advertised products and charges we will advise you by email and wait for your confirmation before proceeding with your order.

We will arrange delivery of your order on the date you specify during the ordering process.
Rely on Hayes to deliver on time - we will send you a confirmation by email once your order has been scheduled for delivery.

Timed Delivery (Priority Delivery)
If you require a specific morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) delivery time there will be a £3 supplement on your order (this does not apply to funeral flowers).
Please note timed deliveries are not available during peak times.
(peak times - Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and during the Christmas period)
