How to Order

Our site has been designed to enable you to find the item of your choice with the minimum of fuss. You can view our full range of flowers and finishing touches via the links on our top navigation menu. If you are looking for flowers or gifts for a specific occasion or require a particular product you can browse by each of these options using our drop-down menus.

You can order online or by telephone and we accept payment by Paypal and the following cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro. We will deliver your order on the date you specify during the ordering process.

Order Online
Once you have found the product of your choice on the relevant product/occasion page, simply select the product you wish to purchase and click on the add to basket button. You will then be taken directly to your shopping basket page. Feel free to carry on browsing - you can add further products to your shopping basket at any time.

Once you have finished selecting your purchases, click on the 'view basket' link situated at the top left of our web site. You also have the option to go directly to the 'checkout' from each page. On the 'Shopping Basket' page you will see a list of the products you have selected. At this stage you can remove any items from the basket, or empty it completely. If you are happy with this information, please click on the 'Go To Checkout' link. This will take you through to our customer area where you can open an account with us or checkout without opening an account, if you prefer. You will be asked to specify a delivery date and address for your order and any message you wish to be added to your flowers/gift. Once you have entered this information you will be transferred to PAYPAL where you will be asked to enter your payment details and you have the option to pay through your Paypal account or by a debit/credit card without opening an account - your details are fully protected at all times. Privacy is extremely important to us and no-one else will have access to your personal or card details other than for the purposes of facilitating your order. Once you have filled in all the details correctly, please click on the 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page - THIS IS THE END OF THE ORDERING PROCESS AND YOUR ORDER WILL BE PROCESSED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
