Website was very easy to order from, I'm in the US and sending flowers to the UK, it was secure and speedy to order what I wanted. Great communication after my order was processed also. If I had an ask - it would be to request a picture of the finished bouquet to my email. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend Hayes Florist.

The ordering was easy enough. The flowers I chose were for my Mum's funeral and were exactly what I was looking for. They were delivered in plenty of time. Thank youAfter looking online for MUM funeral tributes I was quite disappointed with other florists as I really didn't like the colour of the flowers used and there was no option to change the colour and also they were extremely expensive. I came across Hayes Florist and they had the MUM tribute there that I had visualised in my mind. I had to pay a couple of pounds more for delivery as I was say 3 miles out of the area but I wasn't bothered about that. The flowers I ordered were exceptional and the roses that were along the bottom of the tribute were gorgeous. Also they were delivered in plenty of time. First time I've used Direct2florist... I've always used my local florist.. who I used to call then collect or they delivered free for me... they have their own website.. They now utilise Interflora and they want SEVEN pounds delivery !!! they're 5 minutes walk from my house.! Hence the reason I changed and used Direct2florist who I found online... a small delivery/service charge was made but well worth it .. Hayes the Florist I ordered from, and was extremely happy with the sevice and the fantastic basket of flowers I bought and received for my wife on our anniversary. That was a week ago and the flowers still look as though they were delivered today.. Will definitely use Direct2florist again... Thank you

Nice bouquet overall. Not quite sure what extra the luxury payment bought as it was not as large as I would have imagined for the extra cost. I dread to think how much more underwhelming the standard bouquet would hand been. Other than that it was a nice bouquet. A few substitutions but quite appropete flowers for the style of the bouquet.Nice bouquet. Smaller than expected for the extra "luxury" payment.

After being badly let down by another florist delivery service I used Direct2florist. Ordered at 1pm and less than 2 hours later the flowers were delivered. Fantastic!Chose the lemon and lime display as the recipient was a man and I loved the citrus colours for him rather than the pinks.
